Windfall, Westland Heights
This villa was first redesigned by us in 2020 with a clear brief: to transform a private home into a refined luxury retreat for short term rentals, accommodating up to ten guests while preserving the warmth and intimacy of a lived in residential space. The design centred around a calm, neutral palette that would elevate the architecture and allow the vibrant Caribbean landscape to take visual prominence.
In 2025 we returned to complete a second scope of works, building on the original design and responding to the evolving needs of the property. This phase included the enclosure of the previously open upstairs living area using modern glazing and expansive bifold doors, paired with a new air conditioning system and full refurnishing to create a serene, flexible lounge suited to year round enjoyment. The kitchen was also renewed with new countertops, updated cabinetry finishes, upgraded hardware and additional pendant lighting for improved function and ambiance. The custom retractable canopies were replaced with a new, brighter and long-lasting fabric designed for UV resistance. Alongside these interior upgrades, the home received a full spruce up with fresh painting, new coral render accents and essential roof repairs, and light fixture upgrades throughout ensuring the villa remains both visually elevated and impeccably maintained.
