We first worked on this 5-bedroom property when the current owners first purchased in 2023. It was a limited scope to get the property ready as quickly as possible for short-term rental. One of the most important changes was to ensure the outside living space could seat the capacity of the villa. The outdoor furnishings all received bespoke upholstery elements and we manufactured extra pieces to meet the seating capacity requirement. In addition, we custom designed a large dining table and had it carved out of coral stone and topped with glass it comfortably seats 10.

Enter 2025 and we fully project managed full-scale renovation to install new ceilings with lighting plans, new light fixtures throughout, high quality custom upholstered products such as sofas and headboards, as well as bespoke manufacturing of bedskirts, drapery panels, pelmets, made to order custom size performance rugs, and artwork throughout. We also sourced the perfect furniture for the project.
